Our refund policy is designed to protect you at every stage:
- Design phase (before approval): 100% refund — if you are not satisfied with the AI previews, cancel anytime before approving a design.
- Hand-painting in progress: 50% refund — once painting begins, materials and artist time are committed.
- After completion: We offer complimentary touch-ups for minor adjustments. Cash refunds are not available after the portrait is finished and shipped.

We recommend 1–3 clear, well-lit photos showing the face and expression you want captured. For group portraits or pets, include reference images for each subject. Avoid heavily filtered or blurry photos for best results.
Standard orders typically ship within 3–4 weeks from design approval. Add rush service ($79) to cut delivery time in half. You will receive email updates when your design is ready, when painting begins, and when your portrait ships with tracking.

Reference photos are stored securely on private servers, used solely to create your portrait, and processed by third-party AI services to generate design previews. We do not sell or share your photos. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods and your GDPR/CCPA rights.
Yes. Memorial portraits are one of our most meaningful commissions. Choose our "Memorial Soft Light" style for a gentle, respectful treatment. Our artists handle every memorial order with extra care and sensitivity.
We accept PayPal for secure online checkout. Guest checkout is available — no account required. Members can view order history and portrait timelines in their dashboard.
