At Harmrit, AI designs and previews the composition so you can approve the vision before painting begins; artists then create the final artwork by hand. You upload photos, review AI concept previews, approve a direction, and pay — after approval, studio painters produce the 8×10" original. The preview confirms composition and mood; it is not a scan of the finished brushwork.
No — and that is intentional. At Harmrit, the AI preview confirms composition, likeness direction, and mood; the final piece is hand-painted with richer brushwork and material depth on canvas. Expect close alignment to the approved concept, not a pixel-identical reproduction. This is how AI design preview and human craft stay honest in one workflow.
Standard Harmrit orders typically ship within 3–4 weeks from design approval. Rush service ($79) cuts delivery time in roughly half. You receive email updates when your design is ready, when painting begins, and when your portrait ships with tracking from our China studio to your destination.
Harmrit uses a stage-based refund policy: 100% refund until our studio begins hand-painting (including after you approve a preview); 50% refund once hand-painting has started; after completion and shipment, cash refunds and complimentary touch-ups are not available for change of mind. Portraits are hand-painted and dispatched from China. Harmrit delivers framed originals to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Contact support if you need delivery to another region; carrier transit times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
