Processing Time

After design approval: hand-painting takes 2–3 weeks (standard) or about 1 week (rush). Framing and quality check add 2–3 business days before shipment.

Shipping Area

We ship framed portraits within the United States. Contact us for special international arrangements.

Carriers & Tracking

We use insured carriers (FedEx, UPS). You receive a tracking number by email when your portrait ships and can track it in your member dashboard.

Packaging

Every portrait is professionally framed, corner-protected, and packed in custom art shipping boxes. Gift box packaging is available as an add-on.
